Key Responsibilities: Conduct lease training needs assessments to identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed Design, develop and deliver training programs for the lease team at all levels Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, production and other stakeholders to identify training needs, design training strategies, courses and collateral that align with business goals Create training materials such as handouts, videos, presentations, etc. Use a variety of training methods such as classroom training, on-the-job training, and e-learning Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement Monitor and report on the progress of employees who have undergone training Provide feedback to employees and management on training effectiveness and any areas of improvement Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lease and corporate training Develop and maintain an organizational knowledge base that includes information on processes, procedures, best practices, and other relevant information Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to fill those gaps Create and manage a knowledge sharing system to facilitate the exchange of information across the team Develop and implement processes for capturing and storing knowledge, including documenting standard operating procedures and best practices Train and support employees on how to use the knowledge sharing system and other knowledge management tools Qualifications: Minimum qualification would be a Bachelor\'s degree in Commerce Proven experience as a corporate trainer or even better, lease process trainer Experience in designing and delivering training programs for employees at all levels Excellent written English, communication and presentation skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies Familiarity with e-learning platforms and technologies, a plus
