The Talent & Culture team is a part of the HR team, and apart from other activities, is responsible for the learning and induction activities for all employees across all businesses in India. Within this team, this person manages all the activities related to Induction from end to end including Welcome Conventions, Digital Induction Channel, periodical induction sessions in collaboration with all stakeholders. Responsible for Digital Learning Management System at India level Responsible to take up all innovation activities in the function which supports and strengthens the learning culture in the organization. Responsible for ensuring timely and clear communication to relevant stakeholders and employees pertaining to the function Must be prompt, agile and passionate for the learning domain.
