Your responsibilities
Execute work, optimizing learning delivery to achieve operational goals and objectives.
ASSIGNMENTS
• Collaborate with stakeholders, identifying learning needs and supporting the delivery and monitoring of solutions to achieve operational goals and objectives
• Execute work to successfully deliver the relevant country training calendar, ensuring the learning environment and activities promote IKEA values and culture
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement global learning tools and solutions
• Utilise digital tools and systems that support an efficient and accurate learning delivery process and follow-up
• Assist in the administration of learning needs assessments, surveys, and focus groups
• Design, build and maintain facilitation guides and training materials
• Utilize a learning management system to monitor and manage leadership development administration processes (attendance, waitlist, etc.)
• Provide proof-read of translated learning solution
• Consult with P&C Location Operational Services Manager to prepare development plans
• Provide insight and feedback to Country CoE around the end-to-end learning process and programs
• Support building and retaining local facilitator pools and supports facilitation of learning content in person and digitally as needed
• Manage certifications and compliance related processes (including checks for a training completion, assigning learning to co-workers etc.) and administration within the learning processes
• Manage scheduling and logistics for trainings, both internal and external, including room and location preparation, document preparation, managing facilitator, managing teams, managing roster and waitlists in Cornerstone, cancelling and rescheduling training etc.
• Coordinate with GBO and co-workers to ensure a streamlined learning process
• Support the development of learning content and materials with Country CoE
• Collaborate with Global Business Operations and Centres of Expertise Specialists in the countries to create and maintain service delivery models to support process delivery for the scope of services provided, such as manage and deliver training and manage compliance and mandatory learnings

Activities include developing people and culture management strategies and policies to meet business needs; planning, administering, and reviewing activities concerned with recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, mobility, talent acquisition, diversity, talent management & organisation development and co-worker relations. The activities of this family also include payroll.
