Our client is offering a Learning Experience Designer the opportunity to join one of the largest and most innovative pharmaceutical companies in the world. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing learning experiences for the learning experience platform (LXP).
About the company We are working with a pharmaceutical company who specialise in pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare products, agricultural chemicals, seeds and biotechnology products. They intend to forever be at the forefront of learning innovation and therefore are looking to add a Learning Experience Designer to their team.
About the role As a Learning Experience Designer, the successful candidate will bridge the gap between learning content and learning platforms to design holistic learning experiences s opposed to traditional instructional design. They are looking for someone with strong experience in designing learner pathways.
About you It is essential that you have:
- Experience working in a consultancy and ability to advise on learning technology
- Experience designing learning experiences and pathways for learning experience platforms (LXPs)
- Experience designing solutions based on data retrieved from an LXP to formulate a considered learning experience.
- Experience designing gamified learning solutions
