JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for someone who can enable and support organizational capability building through Learning Enablement initiatives for our global Sales, Admissions, and Marketing teams based across geographies, through effective & efficient use of the learning platforms available. You will develop and design learning content independently and/or under the guidance of the Training Manager/Head L&D.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate and schedule learning interventions with subject-matter-experts
  • Administer learning operations including setting up learning sessions, updating learning records, and analysis of learning reports
  • Assist and learn to develop learning assets/resources to enable and support high-performing team culture
  • Communicate learning resources and interventions to employees to maximize learning utilisation
  • Support the development of a learning culture with regular and timely employee communications to reinforce learning and maximize adoption
  • Periodic review and update learning materials to ensure the relevance of contents
  • Implement and review learning evaluations and recommend action on learner feedback provided to enhance subsequent programmes
  • Review and update training operation documentation
  • Assist and learn to deliver/facilitate learning and development sessions.
EXPERIENCE
  • Graduate or currently studying for a Master\'s level qualification in Human Resources or similar, or an MBA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for training delivery; must have a dynamic and engaging classroom presence.
  • Excellent proficiency in using PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Shows a strong bias for action, a keen sense of urgency and the ability to drive results, balancing the delivery of multiple priorities often within short timescales.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in managing backend management information systems, and generating learning reports using Excel, or similar.
  • Proven experience in content research & developing training content independently.
