Job Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Learning & Development Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in designing and implementing effective learning programs. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will play a key role in creating and delivering impactful training initiatives to enhance the professional growth and development of our employees. Your expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and learning evaluation will be instrumental in driving organizational success. Responsibilities: 1. Design and Develop Learning Programs: Collaborate with stakeholders to analyse training needs and design comprehensive learning programs aligned with organizational goals. Utilize instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and multimedia resources. 2. Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to diverse audiences. Deliver content using a variety of training techniques, ensuring maximum engagement, knowledge retention, and application of learning. 3. Learning Technology Management: Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies to deliver, track, and evaluate training programs. Stay updated with industry trends and innovative learning tools to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning initiatives. 4. Performance Consulting: Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions. Conduct needs assessments, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement. 5. Evaluation and Measurement: Develop evaluation frameworks and tools to assess the effectiveness of training programs. Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of learning interventions on individual and organizational performance. Generate reports and insights to inform future learning strategies. 6. Content Management: Maintain and update learning materials and resources to ensure accuracy, relevance, and currency. Regularly review and enhance existing training content to reflect industry best practices and emerging trends. 7. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including department managers, subject matter experts, and external vendors. Collaborate with them to understand their training needs and provide tailored learning solutions.
Required Qualifications: 1. Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in adult learning, instructional design, or training facilitation are a plus. 2. Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist or a similar role. Demonstrated expertise in instructional design, training delivery, and learning evaluation. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools is highly desirable. 3. Instructional Design Skills: Proficiency in designing and developing effective learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and multimedia learning techniques. 4. Training Delivery: Proven experience in delivering engaging and interactive training sessions to diverse audiences. Ability to adapt training techniques to various learning styles and preferences. Experience in virtual training delivery and familiarity with virtual training platforms is an advantage. 5. Evaluation and Analysis: Ability to design evaluation frameworks and use data analysis techniques to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Strong analytical skills to gather insights and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 6. Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive relationships. Strong presentation skills and the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. 7. Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. 8.
