JOB REQUISITES Role & Responsibility Summary We are looking for an Instructional Designer to join our UK L&D team. As an Instructional Designer, you would be responsible for enhancing the learner experience through meticulous and strategic writing and designing, and shall be accountable for ideating, curating, coordinating, and supporting all Learning Design activities. You shall play a critical role in the end-to-end content creation process. Instructional Designer: Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement learning materials and experiences that align with WSP UK\xe2\x80\x99s learning objectives
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions
Select and use appropriate instructional strategies and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences
Evaluate the effectiveness of learning materials and experiences and make necessary revisions
Stay up-to-date on the latest learning trends and technologies
Develop and maintain relationships with external learning providers
Provide guidance and support to other members of the Learning and Development team
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Work independently and as part of a team
Sound knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning principles
Advanced knowledge of planning and execution, along with a solution-oriented mindset
Strong written communication skills and working knowledge of editorial requirements, grammar, and instructional design of materials; attention to detail to ensure quality
Sharp eye for detail
A strong eye for visual composition
Act as an SME.

Proficiency in instructional design software and tools
Experience with a variety of learning technologies, including e-learning, blended learning, and mobile learning

Communicating with stakeholders, possessing the ability to craft storylines and messages that connect with audiences to drive impact
Managing ambiguity and setting an agenda, being self-motivated to drive day to day activities
Qualifications: -
Graduate in any discipline.
7+ years of experience in instructional design or a related field
Overall, 9 years of work experience in MNC, preferably in Consulting Firms
