We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.
What you\'ll be doing
Create and execute learning strategies and Build training programmes from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review and outcomes analysis)
Work closely with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
Assess the success of development plans and help Trainees & Employees make the most of learning opportunities
Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
Design, expand and manage training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual
Create and/or deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options
Produce training materials for in-house courses
Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers, and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback
Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and industry developments
Monitoring bench on a daily basis for effective bench management and utilization, thus reducing bench age and bench cost to the organization.
Devise a training strategy for the organization
What you\'ll need to be successful (Requirements)
Must have IT background.
Proven experience as an L&D Manager/Office, Training Manager or similar
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Experience in project management and budgeting
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
Ability to build rapport with employees
Proven ability to pinpoint, analyze and assess training needs within the organization and the ability to translate those needs into actionable training initiatives
Should have a strong sense of personal accountability
Should be able to work effectively, independently as well as in a group
