Who you\'ll be working with

We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.

What you\'ll be doing
  • Create and execute learning strategies and Build training programmes from scratch (from the initial idea through planning, implementation, review and outcomes analysis)
  • Work closely with and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
  • Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
  • Assess the success of development plans and help Trainees & Employees make the most of learning opportunities
  • Help managers develop their team members through career pathing
  • Design, expand and manage training and development programmes based on the needs of the organization and the individual
  • Create and/or deliver a range of training using face-to-face, digital and blended learning options
  • Produce training materials for in-house courses
  • Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers, and provide trainees with timely and constructive feedback
  • Amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment and industry developments
  • Monitoring bench on a daily basis for effective bench management and utilization, thus reducing bench age and bench cost to the organization.
  • Devise a training strategy for the organization

What you\'ll need to be successful (Requirements)
  • Must have IT background.
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager/Office, Training Manager or similar
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Experience in project management and budgeting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
  • Ability to build rapport with employees
  • Proven ability to pinpoint, analyze and assess training needs within the organization and the ability to translate those needs into actionable training initiatives
  • Should have a strong sense of personal accountability
  • Should be able to work effectively, independently as well as in a group
