The Geek Knowledge Lead will be primarily responsible for overseeing the learning and professional growth of the organization\'s workforce. The role often involves identifying training needs, designing strategic learning initiatives, and ensuring that the right learning resources are available to employees.
What you can expect as a Geek Knowledge Lead at Illumine-i:
You\'ll collaborate with senior management and HR teams to align L&D strategies with business goals.
You\'ll identify and analyze organizational needs and gaps to develop strategies for continuous learning.
You\'ll design, curate, and implement comprehensive training programs, including workshops and seminars.
You\'ll evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify them as needed.
You\'ll identify and negotiate with external trainers and vendors and ensure they align with organizational goals.
You\'ll assist in the development of a mentorship and coaching framework to support the professional growth of employees.
You\'ll train internal mentors and coaches on best practices.
You\'ll oversee the deployment and effective use of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning platforms.
You\'ll stay abreast of the latest in L&D technology and tools.
You\'ll prepare and control the L&D budget.
You\'ll report on training metrics, including engagement and completion rates, feedback scores, and return on investment.
You\'ll oversee and mentor the L&D team.
You\'ll provide guidance and support in the design and delivery of training programs. Regularly collect feedback on training initiatives and use this information for continuous improvement.
Essential Qualifications include:
Master\'s Degree in Human Resources
A minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development .
Strong familiarity with LMS and e-learning platforms.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Certifications in training or L&D is a plus.
Excellent team management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
