The candidate should have minimal of 8-10 years of Learning and Development lead experience.
Should be flexible to work in shifts between 10 AM ? 10 PM IST.
Experience of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, demanding IT environment.
Expertise in managing and coordinating the global mentoring program, knowledge transfer.
Acting as the go to person within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs.
Working closely with various leaders across the department and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching.
Assess training needs through surveys/consultations with managers.
Review training materials from a variety of sources and choose appropriate materials.
Driving a culture of continuous professional development (CPD)
Facilitating learning interventions
Creating a coaching culture in the group
Able to communicate ideas and instructions to the staff at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
Able to plan activities in a rapidly changing environment.
Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
The candidate must have experience in designing, developing, and delivering training material, developing a training strategy, and understanding of different training methods and channels.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills ? experience working with a multi-cultural organization.
Building relationships with 3rd party training providers
Team oriented and ability to work without direct supervision.

Skills to communicate fluently and effectively with users and colleagues across the globe.
Basic understanding of software/Database concepts / application / operating system and servers.
Prior experience in handling complex clients /team ? team projects training /Knowledge transfer assignments.
Strong experience in coordinating Learning and development areas
