Job Definition: The mission of Learning and Development Specialists to nurture the culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. The role includes various facets of training, from identifying skill gaps to delivering effective learning experiences and ensuring the seamless management of training programs through our Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities:
Training Needs Analysis
Conduct quarterly reviews of Employee\xe2\x80\x99s skills, knowledge and attitude, and consultation with managers to identify training and development needs.
Utilize HRMS tools and platforms to gather Skill Gap data and insights efficiently.
Identify a minimum of 3 key skill, knowledge and attitude gaps per quarter for each role Focusing on areas directly impacting job performance and organizational goals.
Complete the assessment process and develop an action plan within 15 days of each quarter\xe2\x80\x99s end.
Training Program Development
Design, create, and update at least 4 training modules and programs every month, including e-learning, workshops,, and on-the-job training
Collaborate with subject matter experts and ensure all training materials are reviewed and updated quarterly.
Roll out training programs within 30 days of identifying training needs.
Training Delivery
Conduct a minimum of 8 training sessions per month. Use a blend of internal and external resources to deliver training effectively.
Facilitate both in-person and online training sessions, utilizing various instructional techniques. Focus on enhancing skills that directly impact job performance and productivity.
Ensure at least 95% of employees attend mandatory training sessions. Schedule and complete all training sessions within the planned time frame.
Evaluation and Improvement
Achieve a minimum of 90% positive feedback from training participants.
Demonstrate at least a 20% improvement in key performance metrics post-training.
Implement assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and impact on performance. Conduct evaluations and gather feedback within 3 days of each training session.
Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on feedback and performance data.
Platform Management and Governance of Training Programs
Oversee the management and maintenance of the Learning Management System
Achieve 100% compliance with uploading and organizing training content (Assessment, Pre to Post Learning Content and Feedback) on the LMS platform.
Develop and enforce governance policies to maintain the integrity and security of training content.
Maintain accurate records of all training activities, participant progress, and outcomes.
Prepare and submit training metrics and ROI reports to senior management on a monthly basis. Complete and submit reports within 5 days of each month\xe2\x80\x99s end.
