Greetings from Synergy Resource Solutions, a leading recruitment consultancy firm.Our Client is a leading Virtual resource provider in the field of BIM, Architecture & MEP & has offices at Ahmedabad, Dehradun & Solapur.They are hiring:Position: Learning & Development Coordinator (BIM/Architecture)Location: Ahmedabad / Dehradun / SolapurDepartment: Human ResourcesBusiness Units: Scan to BIM, DRM - Architecture, DRM - MEPReporting To: Steering CommitteeWork Timing: 11 AM to 8:00 PM (Flexible) 5 Days/weekCTC: 6 Lac/AnnumJob Summary:The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs that enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of employees across all business units.The role focuses on aligning L&D initiatives with business goals, fostering a continuous learning culture, and supporting career growth within the organization.Key Responsibilities:Training & Development Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with VBS's business goals.Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) across business units to identify skill gaps.Work closely with department heads and Project Delivery Heads (PDH) to align training programs with project needs.Program Development & Implementation:Design, develop, and implement technical, soft skills, and leadership training programs for employees at different levels.Collaborate with external training partners and US-based licensed architects for specialized training.Establish a structured onboarding and orientation program for new hires.Create e-learning modules, workshops, and hands-on training to enhance employee capabilities.Training Delivery & Facilitation:Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.Leverage online and offline learning methods for maximum engagement.Facilitate cross-training between departments to enhance knowledge-sharing.Performance & Evaluation:Develop metrics to track training effectiveness, employee progress, and ROI on training initiatives.Use surveys, feedback mechanisms, and assessment tools to continuously improve training programs.Maintain records of training sessions, attendance, and certification progress.Employee Growth & Retention:Create career development paths and mentor employees for growth opportunities.Work with HR to design succession planning and leadership development programs.Foster a culture of continuous learning and upskilling. Technology & Learning Platforms:Manage LMS (Learning Management Systems) and digital learning platforms.Explore new training tools, AI-based learning, and gamification to enhance engagement.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Education, or related field.5+ years of experience in L&D, corporate training, or talent development.Strong understanding of BIM, Architecture, MEP, and Scan to BIM training needs (preferred).Experience in curriculum design, instructional design, and adult learning methodologies.Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and digital training solutions.
