Acts as a strategic business partner and advisor with business leaders and operates in alignment with HR leaders for a complex, diverse, multi-business portfolio of North American and/or global businesses.
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts, instructional design theory, measurement and evaluation methods, and technical capabilities to manage a wide variety of projects.
Support regulatory requests for learning program details and training transcripts.
Assist with management of a portfolio of learning projects to ensure high quality deliverables are produced with the time and cost constraints set for each project.
Create tailored learning strategy against business and people plan.
Act as a consultant and source of knowledge to the business in his/her area of expertise.
Engage and partner with variety of stakeholders in the CG and in corporate to leverage successful performance in the units.
Primary Skills
Strong knowledge of Learning Administration, LMS system (preferably MyLearning).
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and evidence of continuous improvement mindset and related successes.
Deep understanding and experience in Agile Project Management framework and methodology.
Provide examples of applying technologies that enable optimal design and delivery of content.
