TechSpecialization: Instructional Designer and Graphic DesignerWork Experience (Years): 3-7 years of experience in Course development, Instructional design and Project ManagementJob Responsibilities:1.Design and develop high-quality eLearning content in collaboration with subject matter experts.2.Create eLearning modules from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.3.Utilize content authoring tools to create interactive and multimedia-rich learning modules including animations, videos, and graphics.4.Apply instructional design theories and practices to design learning experiences tailored to learning objectives and adult learning principles.5.Crafting Storyboards, Mood boards that map out the flow and functionality of e-learning modules using ID Principles / models.6.Testing courses for functionality across different formats and devices.7.Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, translating complex ideas into user-friendly content.8.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and meeting deadlines.9.Continuously update and improve content based on feedback and the latest industry trends.Competencies / Skills:Functional / Technical SkillsProficient in Instructional Designing, Learning Methodologies, Content Authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond etc.), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, Firefly, Dimension, Illustrator etc.), Canva etc. Skills in Video editing, Graphic designing and Project management is preferrable.Soft Skills1.Strong Interpersonal Skills2.Problem Solving Skills3.Result Oriented4.Negotiation Skills5.Stakeholder Management
