About this opportunity:
We are seeking an L&D professional with high competence in Program Management and ability to work in matrixed environment. The ideal candidate should have experience of working independently in L&D areas preferably in IT / ITeS industry having global presence.
What you will do:
Focusing on L&D Delivery management including management across Global ecosystems, L&D tools, local tools and processes
Responsible for cross function L&D and other HR SME unit initiatives.
Overall driver for L&D administrative team including bringing efficiency, managing performance etc.
Reporting SPOC for L&D Financials, Vendor management and Sourcing.
Reporting SPOC for L&D analytics, and governance management at a cross unit level.
Branding and communication responsible for unit level initiatives.
Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team and for employees at large.
Work with multi-functional teams across the world.
The skills you bring:
Knowledge and hands on experience of working in L&D areas including strategic and operational dimensions.
Competence in handling project management in matrixed global set up.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, PowerBI, PowerApps etc. which would be an added advantage.
Some awareness around telecom skills and domain.
