SummaryProactively supports in researching and crafting learning solutions to best-practice industry standards.You and your team:As a Learning Consultant, You will be crafting digital learning, coordinating training, driving learning global projects, sourcing and liaising with appropriate vendors, reports generation and analysis, measuring training efficiency and mentor. In this role you will help in the execution and implementation of the learning initiatives as well as support the learning function from an administration, reporting, process, operational and logistical perspective.The team of Learning Consultants is based in Bangalore and Manila.What you need to bring:Intermediate Instructional Design skills (Instructor Lead Trainings and/or self- paced for basic programs).Proficient in digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 suite.Strong expertise in LMS administration; familiarity with Workday Learning is a plus.Strong Excel skills for data interpretation.Strong communication and relationship-building skills with experience of giving feedback.Ability to engage with multiple learning participants and groups on an ongoing basis.Ability to produce and deliver results in an environment where stretch objectives are continually set to meet growing customer expectations.Awareness on the latest trends and new technologies associated with Learning & Development.Understanding and/or experience in working with a customer centric approach.You would improve your competitiveness by:Having exposure to financial markets and products.Experience working on an LXP.Role expectations:Deliver digital learning requirements such as e-learning, micro-learning videos, etc.Provide back-end support on applicable Learning systems and tools and engage in tasks related to scheduling, reporting and analysis,Conduct administrative duties such as maintenance of training calendar, booking of training rooms, preparing training certificates, consolidation and analysis of training reports and records,Participate in global learning projects and collaborate with Learning staff and local and global partners.What we offer:Development: e-learning platform, a range of workshops and international projects.Onboarding: structured training and buddy supportDiversity: colleagues across the globeCharity: 2 additional days off for voluntary jobsPerks: wellness allowance, private medical healthcare, employee assistance program, pension plan.Activities: sport teams and social events to joinBlended hybrid working model (3 days in office per week) with no night shifts.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
