We internally develop behavioral content of company-wide behavioral learning programs and also use external online platforms like Linked in learning to ensure business line needs are addressed.About the team:Global Learning and Development team of Talent COE focuses on talent capability development in behavioral, leadership development, domain awareness and technology capability building.You will work with experienced L&D Consultants across the globe in the Talent COE and will get an agile global exposure to work with learning leaders across different facets of Talent COE.What you will be doing:Career level - professional individual contributor role. Experienced, fully qualified professional with a full understanding of the area of expertise mentioned in JD. Need to work independently on diverse L&D opportunities within Talent COE.

  • Serves as an internal learning and development consultant for various divisions within the company. Consulting services include formal needs assessments, establishing objective performance outcome goals and defining success measures, providing tailored education, learning or development solutions toward desired performance outcomes and partnering with management to ensure performance has been improved and sustained.
  • Partners with management in applying a systematic approach to analyzing, improving and managing performance through application of appropriate and varied interventions.
  • Improves organizational performance by meeting with management regularly to establish and maintain effective partnerships, developing performance models aligned with corporate strategic direction and business goals, determining performance gaps and identifying performance needs, assessing effectiveness of work environments and processes, designing and coordinating or implementing strategies for performance improvement and determining and applying measurement methods for assessing effectiveness of performance improvement strategies.
  • Researches, develops and facilitates learning programs in leadership and professional development curricula for employees and managers at all levels of the company.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed - Program manage technical learning programs at global and regional level. Develop technical curriculum under Tech learning leader guidance.
What you bring:
  • 10 to 12 years of experience Learning and development Consultant with experience in facilitating, performance consulting and content development
  • Must be certified to create, facilitate and implement performance improvement strategies through learning and development -Examples: TTT Certification from Dale Carnegie, TTT/ Leadership development Facilitator certification from DDI
  • Significant expertise in facilitating adult learning and group dynamics| Coaching experience in past organization will be preferred
  • In-depth expertise in formal assessment processes, consulting services and ROI measurement practices
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Possess a thorough understanding of current Human Resources global practices
  • Content development as Org Behavior Expert / SME
  • Leadership development SME (Mid Managerial level)
  • Consulting skills
  • Coaching at peer, junior and managerial level experience
  • Program management skills - Diverse L&D Program Technical to Leadership development
  • Bachelors degree in organizational and/or leadership development or business administration or the equivalent combination of education, or general Bachelor of Arts (Humanities) Honors
  • Masters degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent Executive Masters in Hurman Resource Management or Masters in Organization Behavior or Masters in Psychology or Masters in International Relations or Master in English Literature or Language
