Role Description:

The Learning Coach will work with multiple schools to support and mentor teachers in achieving excellence in classroom practices and learning strategies. This role involves providing training to teachers and coordinators, visiting schools regularly to observe classes, and giving constructive feedback to improve teaching outcomes.

The Learning Coach will also play an instrumental role in implementing new teaching methodologies and contributing to curriculum development. This position requires a candidate who is passionate about enhancing the quality of education in CBSE/ICSE schools and is comfortable traveling to schools located in towns and villages.

Key Responsibilities:

Train teachers and coordinators in Hippocampus Learning Centres' practices and standards. Visit schools frequently to observe classrooms and provide actionable feedback to teachers. Guide teachers in effective teaching practices, curriculum planning, and student engagement strategies. Create and implement new academic programs and teaching initiatives.
Collaborate with school leaders to ensure consistent application of best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
