Overview:We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have an extensive experience in designing, developing and delivering engaging learning content and programs to enhance employee behavioral skills and leadership capabilities.Reports to: Head of Talent Management and Leadership DevelopmentLocation: BangaloreResponsibilities:1. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs, objective, content requirementsDesign and develop interactive and engaging learning content, instructor led training materials andso on.3. Utilize instructional design methodologies and learning technologies to create effective learner-centric learning experiences4. Facilitate and deliver learning sessions, workshops, learning interventions using variety of learningmethods (virtual/classroom/blended)5. 6. 7. Evaluate and assess effectiveness of learning programs through feedback to measure impactBuild strong relationship with business stakeholders and HRBP to build a culture of learningStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning anddevelopment, and integrate innovative learning solutions into programs8. 9. Collaborate with LMS team to track learning content and monitor participant progressIndependently anchor flagship programs such as Manager Capability, Management Trainee and soon.Qualifications/ Experience: MBA in HR with 15-18 years of HR experience with minimum 10 years of L&D experience.
