Job Description


Managing \'Frontline & Regional Operations/ Driver and Delivery Org L&D interventions through\'
learning solutions
Liaise with managers/ leaders to determine training needs of marketplace employees in their
teams across the board ( Food - Ops & Support staff)
Establish development objectives based on the SMART framework: specific, measurable,
attainable, relevant and timely that lead to overall performance improvement in the DnD roles.
Design a curated Functional learning experience leading to certification for employees and
Managers on prioritized competencies across roles
Design effective capability building initiatives internally or in partnership with service providers
based on adult learning principles.
Create and Facilitate development initiatives (skill development programs, assignment of
e-learning programs , periodic assessments on functional skills etc.) by designing and delivering
best in class content through effective mediums (virtual/blended etc.)
Define the objectives and success metric for the Operations learning intervention/program and
work towards deploying and managing delivery independently in consultation with the FMP L&D
leader
Co-create development initiatives with external service providers within the available budgets
for specific initiatives and ensure effective implementation with end to end program
management Work in partnership with Ops Leaders( central & Regional) HRBPs to identify performance gaps
and development requirements continually for all employees across ops & Supply teams under
marketplace
Partner with the central learning POCs in functional L&D team for cascading specific organization
wide initiatives from time to time impacting Dx,RX, Cx and Ex
Building Functional Mastery at Workplace-related
Design and produce reports relating to the evaluation metrics of training programmes delivered
across functions and locations, more specifically in Sales and Operations departments
Create content and assessment for all functional learning interventions, in alignment and
consultation with functional leaders
Produce written reports relating to the evaluation of training programmes delivered across BUs
managed by Functional L&D
Role Movement-related
Identify role-based upskilling and reskilling needs in various functions
Create learning content in accordance to the training need and formulate the outcomes
Review and identify improvements in processes and procedures for new competency building
required for role upgradation.
Job Specification -
Preferably a Post Graduate with specialization in HR
Experience - between 4-5 years of experience
Technical expertise - Certifications in Facilitation, Proficient in MS Office (esp. Powerpoint),
Knowledge of Basic Learning Management System(s) and Learning Experience platforms,
Knowledge of Mobile Learning technology nd 6 sigma and Lean certification - will be an added
