Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.

• 4-7 years of experience in corporate training or Learning & Development roles.
• Proficiency in instructional design, e-learning tools, and advanced MS Office skills.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities.
• Certifications in Learning & Development are a plus.
