Lead Human Resources (Senior Manager)
Role & Responsibilities:
- The role will involve managing the entire gamut of HR activities right from Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, HR Operations, Payroll & HR Compliance with a team of 5 HR team members.
- Managing the Staffing & HR requirements of 50+ outlets / restaurants across the country
- Manpower Planning & Budgeting
- Performance Management
- Employee Engagement & Grievance handling
Candidate Requirement:
- Qualification: Post Graduate with specialization in HR
- Prefer candidates with F&B / Hospitality / retail experienced in handling 800+ employee strength at HO & outlets / stores / restaurants.
- Candidate with strong people management skills and knowledge of HR.
