FunctionEmerging Mobility Business UnitPay BandM3 to M5RoleAs a Lead-Program Manager, you will be a part of EMBU and will report to Head-PMOA purpose driven role for youHe/She will have the primary responsibility for oversight of the administrative operations. Interacting across multiple functional areas, this individual will significantly increase interdepartmental efficiencies. The Manager PMO will provide oversight and guidance to projects of high importance and will lead key strategic cross-functional and transformational projects.A Day in the lifeWork with the Head PMO to prioritize projects and initiativesAct as the sounding board for the senior executives and counsel the senior executive to facilitate decision-makingMonitor business processes and lead change management where necessary to improve process efficiencyManage the agenda for the management team, including management meetings and off-sites, and ensure communication and coordination between teams is as efficient as possiblePartner in preparing the company\'s short-term and long-term strategic roadmap and enabling the management team to over-deliver on expected resultsProvide research and administrative support for special projects including identifying the problem and making recommendationsIdentify, document, and follow-up on key management issues and factors blocking decisions, and help drive their closure to ensure overall productivity of companyManage key operational strategies related to overall goals and their strategic design and tactical implementation in order to keep projects on track and within budgetAcademic Qualification & ExperienceBachelor\'s degree; MBA preferred10-15 years of prior experience in strategy or management consulting.Technical Skills/KnowledgeKnowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques; human resources and risk management planningBroad knowledge of processes, protocols and procedures with a focus on budget, account and fund managementExperience in coordinating diverse programs and functions for a very diverse department.Behavioural SkillsCreativity in solving problems and generating innovative solutionsStrong Project Management skills: ability to drive multiple high-profile projects, effective leverage all resources to drive resultsStrong business acumen, financial skills, and analytical abilities, including strong Excel modeling skillsWell-honed written, verbal and creative communication skills, including ability to translate insight into content, create slide or written presentations, create overall communication plans, and present toBoard membersWhat will it be like to work for HeroAs the world\'s largest manufacturer of motorcycles and scooters for the last 22 years, Hero is where you will get to work with the brightest innovators, passionate about being the best in what they do.
