IT Governance & ComplianceLocation: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra 400708, IndiaAdditional Parameters:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Lead-IT Governance & Compliance. This is a full-time position in the New Age category, within the Information Technology department, specifically in the Technology Management Group, focusing on IT Governance & Compliance. The role will be based at our office in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement IT governance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.- Monitor and assess the bank's IT systems and processes to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that IT governance and compliance requirements are integrated into all technology projects and initiatives.- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, and make recommendations for necessary updates to the bank's IT governance and compliance practices.- Lead and mentor a team of IT governance and compliance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT governance and compliance, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to IT governance and compliance.- Experience in developing and implementing IT governance policies, procedures, and frameworks.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards success.- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISM, or CRISC will be an added advantage.At IDFC FIRST Bank, we value diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive and equal opportunity workplace.
