Draft project plan and evangelize with stakeholders across the organization for feedback and approval. Develop an in-depth understanding of business performance and generate strategic insights to influence decision making. Drive Advanced Analytics in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning to make it a strategic weapon for the company Statistical Demand Forecasting : support forecast accuracy improvements by leveraging Machine Learning Techniques - ARIMA, SARIMA, Regression, Prophet. Monitor the development of Machine Learning models by the data scientists; set up governance model and review framework. Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision: Supervise the process of extracting important information from invoices in an excel workbook - usage of Artificial intelligence in this area made it possible to perform 6 months of manual work in 2 hours. Train and empower data scientists to directly deal with the Stakeholders on the process understanding and deployment once the project is initiated. Stakeholder and People Management Partner & present to senior BD Leadership (VP/GMs, Sr Directors, Directors, Leaders etc.) across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance & Global Marketing. Present the findings to the Senior Leadership (SVPs, VPs) - act as a guide to them in critical decisions of the company. Engage with all the Regions, and Develop and Evolve the Operating model to sustain, innovate and scale. Leading new resource hiring, Performance review, Career Planning, etc. OTHER THINGS Leadership/Supervisory/Support Role: The Leader of Analytics is first and foremost a leader within the department overseeing all activities of the data analytics and data warehousing departments. The Leader of Analytics is also responsible for setting the departmental vision and culture and championing for the use of data in making key business decisions. The Leader of Analytics is in charge of driving the day-to-day analytical approaches and exploring solutions to particular problems. He is also tasked with the management and long-term prioritization of the business\'s overall analytical needs and opportunities. Strategy: The Leader of Analytics plays a leading strategic role where he leads the data analytics and data warehousing departments in strategy development with regard to the collection, manipulation, and analysis of data for various business functions/departments. The Leader of Analytics also endeavors to create new data-driven approaches for the purpose of generating business insights through data analytics, information visualization, and addressing unanswered business issues in a proactive manner. Analytics: The Leader of Analytics will play an analytical role where he develops and applies analytical algorithms and methods where possible with a view of driving and enhancing data systems and streamlining business processes. In this capacity, the Leader of Analytics strives to improve the quality of analytics solutions on a consistent basis. It is also the duty of the Leader of Analytics to validate, interpret, and create reports and presentations for senior departmental Leaders/management, and relevant stakeholders. Collaboration: The role of the Leader of Analytics is a highly collaborative role and, as such, the Leader of Analytics facilitates joint brainstorming and team collaboration. The Leader of Analytics works closely with management in establishing departmental goals and strategies and works with junior data analytics and engineers in defining the data collection needs of the business for the purpose of future work and also for guaranteeing that there is high data-quality and reliability across the business. Qualifications Education: . Minimum of master\'s degree Top Tier University graduate with background in math/computer science engineering having at least 6 years of Work experience. \'Self-motivated, curious, autonomous and willing to learn\'. Experience: Experience in Analytics data modelling, visualization (MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Visual Basic) would be must. Python would be a strong plus.as well as expertise in the use of Power Apps. Experience or understanding of Supply Chain Management, Order to Cash process is strong plus. Knowledge of supply chain metrics like Forecast accuracy, Back Order, Inventory, etc. with strong communication & presentation Skills. The candidate will also have had a proven and successful experience in the execution of data analytics initiatives, leading to the development of useful insights and the improvement of a business\'s performance and driving top-line growth. The candidate will also demonstrate success leading analytics and a large analytical team as well as vast experience working with a wide range of data . A suitable candidate will additionally have demonstrated experience building and leading quantitative analyses as well experience building response and risk models for a business. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal form are a must have for the Leader of Analytics.
