: Position Overview: The Sales Head will be responsible for overall sales of ranges of Flats. Being at a senior leadership role responsible for leading the sales efforts related to residential apartment units within a real estate development. This role involves setting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, managing a sales team, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Head plays a crucial role in driving revenue generation, establishing customer relationships, and contributing to the success of the real estate project.   • Sales Strategy and Planning:
\xc2\xb7 Develop a strategic sales plan for selling residential apartment units, aligning with the overall project goals and market trends. \xc2\xb7 Identify target customer segments and demographics, and tailor sales approaches accordingly. 2. Team Leadership and Management: \xc2\xb7 Lead, coach, and manage the sales team, including sales executives, consultants, and coordinators. \xc2\xb7 Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure team members are equipped to effectively promote and sell apartment units. 3. Customer Relationship Management: \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, responding to inquiries, providing information, and addressing concerns. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the creation of a positive and engaging customer experience throughout the sales process. 4. Sales Process and Lead Management: \xc2\xb7 Implement and optimize the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure. \xc2\xb7 Monitor lead pipelines and track progress to ensure timely and successful conversions. 5. Marketing Collaboration: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that promote apartment units effectively. \xc2\xb7 Ensure that marketing materials accurately represent the features and benefits of the apartments. 6. Sales Performance Tracking: \xc2\xb7 Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, such as conversion rates, average deal size, and sales velocity. \xc2\xb7 Regularly review sales performance data and adjust strategies as needed. 7. Competitive Analysis and Market Insights: \xc2\xb7 Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly. \xc2\xb7 Provide insights to senior management for decision-making and product improvement. 8. Negotiations and Closing: \xc2\xb7 Lead negotiations with potential buyers to secure apartment unit sales at favourable terms for both parties. \xc2\xb7 Oversee the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork and legal requirements are met. 9. Budget and Reporting: \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with finance to develop sales budgets and forecasts. \xc2\xb7 Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities.
