Qualities like being self-driven with an astute focus on market conditions, analyzing business processes, and identifying the impactful products that help the organization grow and a deft eye on the scalability to deliver best products, will be critical to your successPreferred Qualifications * Visualize e2e use case and landscape xe2x80x93 define scope, interactions/integrations of different services

• Collaborate with business stakeholders xe2x80x93 Product Management team, assertiveness, arbitrations
• Exposure to Microservices based architecture, understanding and defining non-functional requirements; experience with new product development based on a distributed architecture
• Hands-on with Open API Specification, ability to define APIs
• Agile organization exposure, working with the team in clarifying user needs and prioritizing and planning of scope
• Good understanding of building Product Roadmaps, Release Plans etc.

What you will do * Use your deep functional understanding to contribute to the business design for the product.

• Contributing to defining the product roadmap and supporting end-to-end delivery of product releases & communication with different stakeholders
• Build software products for banking and financing institutions with R&D teams that are openly collaborative, are non-hierarchical, respect contributions and work with agility
• Enable, empower, and encourage teams for continuous improvement of functional and domain understanding
• Challenging and supporting people and engineering practices to improve the quality of product
• Supporting governance of product team to ensure quality and efficiency of solutions
• Act as a mentor to the team and reinforce organizational values and culture

Total Experience Expected: 08-11 yearsQualificationsMinimum Qualifications * Bachelors or higher engineering degree in computer science or a related technical field or equivalent additional professional experience.

• Hands-on experience in delivering banking solutions from concept to production with a deep understanding of Core Banking operations, CASA management, interest calculation methods, general ledger operations and clearing and settlement.
• Well-versed with major customer journeys in the Core banking domain.
• Has worked as a functional expert/SME for the Core banking system.
• 10+ years of industry experience in design, development, operations and managing functional perspectives of solutions.
