Job Description

As the Head of Website, you will be responsible for leading the organization's website strategy and execution on a day to day basis. This includes overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of all company websites to ensure they align with business objectives and provide an exceptional user experience. Guide the team to Build a dynamic and responsive website, using a tech stack that includes PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, Angular Js, Node and AJAX. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and IT, to ensure website initiatives meet brand guidelines, content strategy, and technical requirements.



Job role :


• Should have good working knowledge on UX and UI design
• Must have experience in Managing the Firewall, Server, Website payments, Server renewal, Domain hosting, SSL certification, CRM, Payment gateway integration
• Experience in creating user experience and website Architectures
• Must have experience in leading the team
• Support and guide the team with day-to-day requests related to Web Application functionality, user experience and performance and work allocation and day to day issues
• Write clean, efficient, well-commented code.
• Create a complete user experience on each Festival website
• Work autonomously and be comfortable executing features from start to finish.
• Taking part in the decision-making process in design application architecture, solution development, architecture and code review. Involved in all aspects of the application development lifecycle: Idea, Development, QA, Documentation, Implementation, and Integration.
• Development, maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancements of the existing Web and Mobile applications and services.
• o Implementing Bootstrap and CSS for front-end design, ensuring seamless user experiences. Enhancing the user interface with jQuery and jQuery UI, making websites interactive and engaging. Database management, ensuring data integrity and efficiency in all web applications.
• Adhere to festival schedules and effectively report progress to meet challenging deadlines to the festival heads
• Write unit tests & review code before merging.
• To design and develop PHP based web applications.
• Strong coding skills, good logical and problem-solving skills are mandatory.
• Troubleshoot, debug and write software.
• To follow industry best practices in web development.
• Delivery-focused with a good eye for detail (UI/UX)
• Experience & Key Skills
• Min Experience 8-10 years of experience as a Website Designer and developer. Should have min 3 years exp in leading the team
• Proficient in PHP programming and Angular, Angular JS & Node frameworks
• HTML II HTML5 II CSS II CSS3 II Javascript II jQuery II Ajax II Bootstrap
• Good knowledge of relational databases and queries, especially MySQL
• Good knowledge of third-party API integrations, Mobile App integration and Payment gateway integration
• Expertise in developing highly scalable, performant, and highly available high volume traffic web applications.
• My SQL-Expertise in the development of Micro Services and design patterns
