Position: Lead Web Optimization Specialist

Juniper is looking for an experienced Web Optimization Specialist who will play a pivotal role in shaping the online experience for our customers. You will utilize your expertise in A/B testing, personalization strategies, and Adobe Target to drive improvements in key metrics such as conversion rates, engagement, and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing Strategists, UX/UI design, Web Engineering, and Web Product Management to identify opportunities for optimization and implement data-driven solutions.




Key Responsibilities


• Develop and implement a comprehensive web personalization strategy utilizing Adobe Target to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Adobe Target, including audience segmentation, targeting rules, and campaign setup.
• Utilize AEM CMS to create, manage, and optimize web content to align with personalization strategies.
• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements such as layout, content, and functionality.
• Leverage data from CDP and other analytics tools to gain insights into user behavior, segment audiences, and inform personalization efforts.
• Analyze test results and user data to derive insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product management, UX/UI design, and IT to ensure alignment and successful implementation of personalization initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the performance of personalization efforts, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in web optimization, personalization, and Adobe Target capabilities.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on utilizing Adobe Target for optimization initiatives.




Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in web optimization, A/B testing, and personalization.
• 7+ years of experience in Adobe AEM, Adobe Target and other web analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills.
• Self-driven and able to work with limited requirements.
• Experience working with Adobe CDP
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in an agile development environment is a plus.
