Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required

• 12+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure and Application Mangement
• Understanding of Application and Infrastructure SLA & KPIs
• Understand the demand management framework
• Understanding & knowledge of SOWs Contract, MOU/SLA in the space of enterprise systems and infrastructure
• Strong 3rd party vendor management especially Managed Service Providers
• Excellent senior stakeholder management
• Excellent cross-functional planning and execution.
• Drive SLA and KPI discussions with partners in the area of Infrastructure & Applications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in building world-class service improvement plans, KPI improvements and driving excellence in partner performance.

Job Purpose

• This role is to create, design, execution and maintain Haleon\xe2\x80\x99s Vendor Performance Framework (VPF) across Haleon\xe2\x80\x99s managed service providers
• As lead VPF you will lead & drive KPIs that form the core of VPF.
• You will work with our managed service providers to generate the KPIs under VPF on regular basis. You will prepare and drive improvement plans for KPIs that are not meeting the optimal standards.
• As lead, VPF, you will work with other CTO pillars to prepare improvement plans, drive synergies across partners.
• You will partner with key business and technology stakeholders to oversee business continuity and resilience planning inc, defining standards and principles for cross-functional controls to safeguard and secure our crown jewel applications & infrastructure.
• You will work with our procurement teams to define strategic steps with partners especially in the area of demand management, participate in discussions around service credits.
• Prepare & particulate in monthy and quarterly reviews of service lines. Generate a 360 degree view of vendor performance across all areas of responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for delivery of all KPIs under VPF across all partners
• You will prepare remediation plans for all KPIs not meeting Haleon standards
• Prepare a 360 degree of partner performance to be driven in monthly and quarterly business review
• Participate in reviews of SOW to ensure all contractual obligations are met, review the change requests for SOWs and lead partner discussions for the same
• Drive improvement of the KPIs under VPF
• Drive critical areas such as innovation with managed service partners.
