We need a self-starter who excels in fast-paced start-up environments and thrives on service and relationships.Your responsibilities :

• Team Leadership: Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to a team of designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
• Product Design: Lead the design process for our products, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience and visually compelling designs.
• Design Strategy: Develop and implement design strategies that align with our product vision and business goals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables across all product initiatives, providing constructive feedback and implementing best practices.
• User Research: Partner with the research team to conduct user research and usability testing, using insights to inform design decisions and improve the user experience.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design, and drive continuous improvement within the design team.
• Performance Management: Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support the professional development of team members.
• Resource Management: Manage design resources effectively, balancing workload and priorities to optimize team performance and meet project deadlines.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate design concepts, project updates, and milestones effectively to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the design process.

• Bachelor\'s degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in graphic design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role, preferably leading a design team.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
• Strong understanding of design principles, user experience, and user interface design.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for design and a desire to inspire and motivate others.
