• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

UI Development:

• Design and implement high-quality, responsive user interfaces using React.

Complex State Management:

• Expertise in managing complex application states effectively.

Routing Strategy:

• Ability to design and implement efficient routing strategies for web applications.

UI Architecture:

• Skilled in defining the overall UI architecture for scalable and maintainable applications.

Third-Party Integrations:

• Proficiency in integrating third-party libraries into projects.

Build Process:

• Ability to define and optimize the build process for efficient deployment.

Project Rules:

• Experience in setting up and enforcing rules to be followed in a project.

Authentication Integrations:

• Understanding of various authentication mechanisms and their integrations.

Tech Agnosticism:

• Open to learning and applying new technologies as required.

Problem Solving:

• Strong problem-solving abilities and debugging skills.

Team Leadership:

• At least 3 years of experience in leading a team of 3-5 members.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective execution and integration of solutions.

Adaptability:

• Ability to adapt to a vibrant and youthful team environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment.

Continuous Learning:

Qualifications:Experience:

• 5+ years of Professional Experience

Educational Background:
