Job Title: Lead Training
Lead Location: AMD/ Remote First Department/Group:
GSO Learning & Development Job Level: PR3
Position Type: Full-time PRE-REQUISITESAs the Training Lead for the Cimpress India GSO Learning function, you will be responsible for overseeing the training team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality training programs to meet organizational objectives. You will collaborate closely with the local management team to identify training needs, develop training materials, and implement strategies to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. Added advantage, design and deliver Soft Skills and Leadership training programs tailored to GSO needs wherever needed.

  • Education: The ideal candidate has a Bachelor\'s Degree (Education, Human Resources, or Psychology preferred) or related field. Master\'s degree preferred.
  • Experience:
Total 5+ years of experience in Training experience with at least 2+ years of experience in managing a team.
At least 2 years of experience facilitating trainings.
Relevant industry experience a plusRequirement

Key responsibilities:
Training Strategy and Leadership:
\xe2\x9e\xa2Strategic thinker with the ability to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
\xe2\x9e\xa2Manage, lead, and mentor the GSO Learning & Development team (Process training), providing guidance to achieve departmental objectives.
\xe2\x9e\xa2Define mid-term and long-term process level training needs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
\xe2\x9e\xa2Coach and enable Learning team members to ensure alignment with function objectives.Training Program Development and Delivery:
\xe2\x9e\xa2Define mid-term and long-term training needs in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
\xe2\x9e\xa2Partner with functional leads (e.g., Operations, Operations Excellence, WFM, Human Resources) to identify training requirements and develop targeted programs.
\xe2\x9e\xa2Administer training programs and assessments to ensure they meet the needs and expectations of the intended audience.
\xe2\x9e\xa2Design and deliver Soft Skills and Leadership training programs tailored to GSO needs wherever needed.Training Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement:
\xe2\x9e\xa2Monitor training effectiveness through analysis of results and feedback. Strong analytical skills to assess training impact and effectiveness.
\xe2\x9e\xa2Implement adjustments and improvements to maintain high-quality standards and maximize training impact.
\xe2\x9e\xa2Identify areas for development and enhancement within the GSO Learning and development.Project Leadership and Collaboration:
\xe2\x9e\xa2Lead and contribute to GSO projects and OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) related to process trainings and people development
\xe2\x9e\xa2Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate training initiatives into broader business projects and goals.
