- Under minimal direction, plans, prioritizes, and manages multiple engineering projects; prioritizes tasks to ensure that the team\'s overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met.
- Manages several components of a large scale, complex, or significant engineering project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.
- Manages major responsibilities across multiple engineering disciplines on a regular basis.
- Performs complex engineering activities that may not be attributed to a defined discipline and provides guidance to less senior employees.
- With some direction, creates and implements common procedures and standards for routine work across the organization.
