Job Description

Purpose To coordinate the development of new programs with NPI team and ensure timely achievement of milestones and delivery targets Monitor project progress continuously in alignment to the Program Management metrics, provide visibility to the leadership team and escalate when necessary Key Responsibility BOM and ECO management in the NPI phase, and weekly tracker review in the MP phase. Lead CFT to improve UPH, Yield and OEE during the ramp phase. Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including engineering, supply chain management and production, to ensure each build satisfies its validation requirements. Provide the client and internal leadership with status updates on the program deliverables, dependencies, risks, and milestones (Build report, MIL report) Coordinate and plan DOEs during the NPI phase and control run for material change during the MP phase. Provide quick and accurate customer feedback and serve as a liaison between the internal team and the client throughout the builds to answer any inquiries. Work with CFT to finalise yield bridge and FA team for FA closure. Qualification MBA B.Tech/ B.E Graduate Preferred. Experience 3 - 10 years Additional Technical Requirements Microsoft Projects or any other project management tool Knowledge of Statistical tools & techniques (e.g. Capability metrics) MS Excel (intermediate proficiency) Basic knowledge of electronics manufacturing Knowledge of SMT, Automated assembly lines, Automated Inspection/Testing, Precision assembly Competencies Teamwork Agility Customer Empathy Purposeful Pursuit of Goals Pioneering Deep Domain Knowledge Future Ready
