Lead Tech Business Analyst - Life/ General Insurance - SQL, API Integration - 5+ Years - BangaloreWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst with 5-20 years of experience in SQL, API integration, data base management and product lifecycle with in Life or General Insurance (Fire, Marine, Motor, property etc) space to join our dynamic Technology team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on insurance products and processes, collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners to drive innovation and streamline business operations.Your Future Employer: An industry leader offering innovative solutions in the insurance technology space.Responsibilities: * Liaising with internal teams (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, Finance) and external partners to ensure alignment on processes and applications.

• Eliciting requirements and designing system solutions to meet business needs.
• Defining the customer journey and improving user experience.
• Coordinating with development teams for project planning and timely deliveries.
• Leading weekly sprint planning sessions with Product Managers to ensure project milestones are met.

Requirements: * Minimum 5-20 years of experience in the insurance domain, with strong expertise in General (Fire/Marine/motor etc) /life insurance products.

• In-depth knowledge of insurance processes (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims), with a focus on at least one process area.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and API Integration.
• Understanding of Java, microservices, and web services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
