For more information, visit, .Job Summary:The Customs Classification Team Lead is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of customs classification specialists to ensure accurate and compliant classification of products according to international customs regulations. This role involves leading the team in analyzing product specifications, determining appropriate Harmonized System (HS) codes, and ensuring that all classifications adhere to local and international trade laws. The Team Lead will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, compliance, and supply chain, to support efficient import and export operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Team Leadership:- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of customs classification specialists.- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide feedback to team members.- Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.2. Customs Classification:- Oversee the classification of products using the Harmonized System (HS) codes.- Review and approve classifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.- Resolve complex classification issues and provide guidance on ambiguous cases.3.
