  • Lead the sourcing, screening, and selection process for high-level IT positions
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to meet the organization\'s long-term staffing needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at each stage.
  • Conduct thorough initial interviews, coordinate technical assessments with hiring managers, and facilitate feedback loops.
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience, promoting the company as an employer of choice.
  • Collaborate closely with local and global stakeholders to understand their strategic staffing needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive intelligence, and best practices in IT recruitment.
  • Deeply understand the company\xe2\x80\x99s culture and adapt recruitment approaches to align with organizational values and working style.
  • Ensure that candidates are not only technically proficient but also a cultural fit for the organization.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management experience and the ability to mentor colleagues while staying abreast of emerging technologies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, metrics, and outcomes.
  • Prepare and present detailed recruitment reports, analytics, and insights to Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s / Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, B.Tech, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in technical corporate hiring.
  • Experience in working with local and global stakeholders in a corporate environment.
  • Deep understanding of the IT industry, its hiring trends, and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Adaptability to align with the company\xe2\x80\x99s culture and working style.
