Key Responsibilities Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to each position and department. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing. Screen resumes and applications, conduct phone screens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members. Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience for all candidates. Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports for management. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities and maintain relationships with passive candidates. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing. Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company\'s reputation as an employer of choice. Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities to promote the company and identify potential candidates. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in [industry/sector]. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent for a variety of positions. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques, candidate assessment, and interview methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software/tools .
