Detailed description: Key responsibilities Lead Systems Engineer for Instrument Cluster Perform requirements analysis and capture in compliance with applicable automotive standards Develop Systems Engineering in compliance to ASPICE standards Estimate and Plan Systems Engineering activities Support technical meetings with Customer on requirements capture Collaborate with software, system, hardware TPs/SMEs during critical design directions Review TGR and TGW from similar projects and apply as appropriate during planning phase Support defect analysis and perform cross program defect verification Support system engineering during feature level FMEA to develop fail safe requirements Review impact analysis of critical Customer changes with respect to cost and functionality Identify & escalate risks/dependencies (technology, capability, 3rd party, software, hardware, input docs) Collect and analyze quality metrics and take appropriate actions in terms of checklist, training, mentoring, etc. Analyze project level non-compliances and take appropriate action Ensure use of requirements tools and share learning with the team Peer review of all system engineering work products Contribute to technical forums Desired Competencies and Experience: BE/ MTech - Electronics/ Telecommunication Proficiency in complete Instrument cluster Requirement Total 5-9 years of experience in automotive embedded software/Systems Validation or Systems Engineering Good Experience in CAN network and UDS protocol Understanding on CANalzyer and CANoe, CAPL scripting Experience in Application Lifecycle Management tools for Software Version Control and Defect Tracking to ensure software quality. Exposure to DNG or any Requirement Management tool. G-UI requirements System Architecture System Integration testing HW Architecture Hands on experience in Modeling languages such as UML, MATLAB Systems Thinking Automotive embedded industry business acumen Communication and Technical Negotiation skills Qualifications Behaviors Preferred Enthusiastic : Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest Functional Expert : Considered a thought leader on a subject Dedicated : Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
