We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining the quality and performance of our Driivz products-a leading platform in the electric vehicle charging ecosystem. As
part of our team, you'll be responsible for identifying issues, ensuring seamless functionality, and helping to shape the future of sustainable mobility.Your contribution

  • Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
  • Maintaining the team schedule and calendar and coordinating all training activities for the team members.
  • Helps resolve product issues or unresolved technical problems that the Support Engineer is not able to resolve or have been escalated to management.
  • Ensures training programs, tools, and materials are assigned and maintained.
  • Trains, coaches, and evaluates the Tech Team and their activities to ensure best-in-class Tech Support.
  • Customer Focus: Foster a customer-centric approach within the team, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • SLA Management: Record and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs), providing necessary support to meet both internal and external customer expectations.
Must have
  • Managing support team (min. 3 years)
  • Professional working proficiency in English (Required).
  • Working knowledge of Linux OS.
  • Experience in Cloud Based Services (e.g. AWS, GCP).
  • Knowledge and previous experience in SQL
  • Experience in supporting remote devices (e.g. network access and configuration, device setup, work models, etc.);
  • Experience in reproducing customersxe2x80x99 issues and leading debug sessions with customers or R&D.
  • Work experience in customer support in the tech industry (min. 5 years)
  • Experience working with offshore companies (min. 4 years)
  • Proficiency on Monitoring Tools. Ex xe2x80x93 DataDog, Kibana, Prometheus or any other.
  • Knowledge and previous experience in Zendesk Ticketing system
  • Train, mentor, and onboard new team members.
  • Create and monitor clear KPIxe2x80x99s for the support team.
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
