We leverage new technologies and find innovative methods to ensure that Lowe\'s has a competitive edge in the market.The primary purpose of this role is to lead, assess, support/design, implement, and deploy initiatives that support store and field teams with driving business results. This role will accomplish this through the design, development, and implementation of reporting, automated processes, and applications. This includes providing oversight of the implementation and maintenance of business and enterprise technology solutions to ensure successful deployment of released applications. This individual also provides insight and recommendations to inform the roadmap and overall health and care of business portfolio solutions. To be successful, the individual in this role must bring combination of business and technical acumen and be able to provide solutions that balance the unique needs of both the business and Technology.

• Leads the development and implementation of store improvement tools and processes, with limited guidance from the Store Operations Manager.
• Assesses and enhances associate facing technology to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Coordinates and manages timely execution of projects, for full project lifecycle including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Analyzes post-project feedback to provide continuous improvement solutions.
• Provides business analysis and develop ETL code and scripting to meet all technical specifications and business requirements according to the established designs.
• Develops efficient, consistent, and reliable data solutions leveraging technologies such as SQL, Python, GCP, and Hadoop Platform.
• Provides technical support and troubleshooting for data processes and solutions.
• Ensures data governance policies are followed by implementing or validating data lineage, quality checks, and data classification.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 4 years experience in data development technologies
• 4 years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of software development life cycles (SDLC)
• 2 years experience leading project or technical teams with or without formal direct report responsibility; this includes experience providing technical direction, thought leadership, coaching and mentoring to team members

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master\'s degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, CIS, or related field
• 6+ years experience in data analytics and performance reporting
• Experience in data analytics the retail industry
• Advanced skill level in Microsoft SQL Server or other relational SQL technology, with experience in ERD design and presentation
