We will count on you for:
  • Collect third party vendor information and record in a database system.
  • Collaborate with the onshore team to align on the fields to include in the database and how the information needs to be presented for the various use cases including initial vendor screening, detailed due diligence and vendor summaries for consulting projects
  • Collaborate with the onshore team to set up processes and checklists for vendor screening and evaluation
  • Conduct market scan for local / regional / global vendors including accessing new sources e.g. on PE investment in start ups
  • Administrative tasks: reset passwords, basic quality checks, advanced quality checks, reporting (utilization metrics, vendor distribution list, vendor-solution listing)
  • Inbox management: invite vendors to participate, answer vendor questions, answer consultant questions
  • Premium package management: reporting/notifications of package expiration (30/60/90 days), tracking of completion of activities in scope
  • After alignment with the onshore team, do the initial reach out to vendor contacts through details available on vendor websites, LinkedIn etc.
  • Liaise with vendors to set up initial vendor screening meetings, including setting of agenda and summary of key findings to guide the Go / No Go decision making by the onshore team
  • Project manage vendor communication including inviting vendor to enter information in the database, through out a RFI/ RFP process
  • Communicate with vendors to gather and/or clarify information
  • Prepare vendor assessment against the evaluation criteria
  • Create supporting materials as needed to enable the MMC due diligence review of the vendors
  • Coordinating with internal MMC stakeholders to get approvals including triaging any comments received to the respective parties to reach closure of issues raised
  • Prepare reporting including global well-being vendor landscape, database utilization metrics and revenue tracking (where applicable)
  • Engage with vendors on a regular basis to keep the database updated and content refreshed.
  • Communication with onshore team to review progress, manage ramp-ups and ongoing transitions
  • Periodical Service Level Agreements (SLAs) monitoring and discussion with the stakeholders
  • Manage relationship with onshore Business Process Owners and senior management
  • Responsible for driving Process Improvements
Note: Applicants should be flexible working in shiftsWhat you need to have:
  • Graduate with minimum 6 plus years experience in service industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities and work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment, ensuring standards and deadlines are met and keeping others informed and up-to-date
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong working relationships with peers
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, business communication, and time management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office in particular Excel, Smart Sheets and PowerPoint. Proficiency in VBA coding is preferred
