Job Title Lead Specialist, Business Strategy A Strategy Manager will support / lead the strategic initiatives and will be responsible for successful initiation, planning, execution, and closure ensuring time, cost and quality objectives are met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with senior leadership to drive and deliver on key organization wide strategic initiatives Deliver on prioritized strategic projects (micro-internal consulting projects) with \'planning\' mindset and drive change activities to achieve \'best in class\' competitiveness for the specific work area/ process Work with cross functional teams to identify and analyse key levers, trends and events to develop actionable insights and recommendations Formulate strategies/business cases and evaluate selected options based on industry insights, internal capabilities and financial models to make detailed recommendations on go/no-go Bring in discipline and execution focus to the programs by setting up program management frameworks, governance and reporting structures, measurement KPIs, review cadence etc. Conduct periodic business reviews - fortnightly, monthly and quarterly and perform in-depth analysis and syndication of data as needed Communicate with key stakeholders and program/project members to follow-up on key issues and report progress in a timely fashion Identifying pain points and Operationalizing programs that emerge out of Annual Plans and other initiatives MINIMUM EDUCATION : Management Graduates from tier -1/2 business schools Graduates with consulting experience . MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of total experience in corporate strategy/consulting and planning roles Dexterity with MS Office Suite. Advance Excel and data analysis (Power BI, SQL) skillset is a plus Experience in banking, financial services, and/or software industry is a plus IT Consulting experience a plus, but not mandatory SKILLS: Demonstrate ability to be a big picture thinker, strategist, and long term planner Strong analytical and data gathering skills, including the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights Outstanding speaking, writing, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to persuade, inspire, and motivate others. Must have the ability to influence key stakeholders and operational owners through well-articulated strategies backed up with metric driven value statements. It may even involve getting work done through cooperation with other groups with no direct reporting relationship to position. Self-starter who is comfortable in a project-oriented environment and comfortable in dealing with large cross functional projects.
