The center was established in 2005 and has grown in strength. Job Overview Role: Lead Solutions Architect - SAP Platform Location: Mumbai This role is responsible for the strategic planning, projects planning, design, configuration, adoption, and optimization of core SAP solutions with deep knowledge in the SAP Finance area. This role adds value to the organization by driving innovation and ensuring that SAP solutions align with our long-term business goals. Role Responsibilities 100 % Prepare strategic vision & provide thought leadership Develop and execute SAP technology and related ecosystem roadmaps aligned with our organization\'s long-term vision. Collaborate, consult and partner to provide recommendations for the SAP roadmap and strategic initiatives for the Finance systems Able to facilitate the adoption of SAP technologies across the organization, ensuring seamless transitions and user acceptance. Working through broader organization teams and external partners for the successful delivery of end-to-end solutions Able to assess and deliver insights into the impact of the S/4 upgrade on the SAP ECC system for FI/CO modules Ensure robust and sustainable solutions including cross-functional processes and different system integrations Advocate standard solutions, system configurations and functional spec development Champion and instil a mindset of effectiveness, efficiency, and prioritization across the Finance portfolio Must - have skills and experience Experience developing, or participating in, business case development. Ability to see the SAP portfolio with both a deep and broad perspective. Ability to identify challenges and bring forward solutions in a collaborative way. Strong communication skills and comfort presenting to large groups. Business engagement for effective and innovative solutions. Expert knowledge in all aspects of designing, developing, managing broader SAP and related ecosystem initiatives. Ability to convert business challenges into technical solutions. Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting activities. Clarity of thought & explicit strategic intent. Collaborative by nature with a strong focus on enabling team culture. Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies. Minimum of 10+ years of experience in lead roles during full SAP cycle implementation as well as in support projects with experience supporting the following functions: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Controlling, Profitability Analysis, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System etc. Also, experience in FI integration points with other SAP Supply Chain Finance processes.
