:We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Lead Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Infrastructure Lead Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technology infrastructure that supports our organizations operations. You will lead a team of talented engineers and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure that our infrastructure meets the highest standards of performance, scalability, and security. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:1.Infrastructure Design and Planning:Creation of all required documentation, Manage and enhance architecture best practices, standards, patterns and reference architectures to design for the given domain, , Able to demonstrate Leadership skills to manage ad-hoc analysis or technology deep dive, , Troubleshooting issues of diverse scope, Self Strong as architect in either - Cloud ( AWS) , Wintel & Virtualization or Security , Bring in proven experience of being a Lead/Senior Architect.2.Team Leadership and Management:Provide leadership and guidance to a team of infrastructure engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.Set clear objectives and priorities for the team, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Mentor team members, facilitate skill development, and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Supervising/assisting with the design and development of transformation technology roadmapsProvide Architectural directions to the team , Writing and reviewing design documents3.Infrastructure Implementation and Deployment:Oversee the implementation and deployment of infrastructure projects, ensuring that they are executed according to design specifications and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure components with other systems and applications.Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for optimization and enhancement.4.Security and Compliance:Ensure that our infrastructure meets the highest standards of security and compliance, including data privacy regulations and industry best practices.Identify security controls, monitoring systems, and incident response procedures to protect against cyber threats and vulnerabilities.Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.5.Customer Management and Partnerships:spearheading architectural Operations and Projects while maintaining active communication Able to identify gaps/ issues in existing customer infrastructure and be able to propose solution and convince customer as additional project opportunity.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.Certified Technical Architect , Lead Architect Role Experience8 years of experience in infrastructure architecture, design, and implementation, with a focus on enterprise-scale environments.Proven experience leading and managing a team of infrastructure engineers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Deep expertise in infrastructure technologies, including data center operations, networking, virtualization, cloud computing, and storage solutions.Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements, particularly in regulated industries such as finance or healthcare.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in complex and ambiguous situations.Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) are a plus.Skills:Certified Master Architect (CMA)About Company:Fujitsu is a diverse global organization with over 129,000 employees in 180 countries.
