Who We Are Looking For:

AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Lead Software Test Engineer - CPQ.

The Lead Software Test Engineer is leading the software testing & validation team and is an integral part of the product team in the agile software delivery process. This position is mainly responsible for test activity, validation, and quality assurance. In this he holds E2E responsibility for Agile Mastering, Software Testing, Test automation and administration.

What You Will Do:

• Lead a team consisting of internal and external resources in the enterprise program environment and application management (administration and support)
• Working and leading a team in a global environment with virtual teams
• Responsible for the implementation and further development of common test practices and applying of processes that are coordinated with IT and business
• Definition, development, implementation and documentation of tests
• Ensuring the software and system quality across all development phases
• Ensuring education level of the team, to keep up with common practices
• Responsible for test schedules, conditions, cycles and monitoring of its execution
• Responsible for the coverage and maintenance of test automation scripts
• Responsibility for compliance with all AGCO guidelines by all employees and teams as well as the Compliance with all control processes and standards
• Coach for now code / low code test automation engineers

• Reports to Senior Manager, Retail Solutions / CPQ
• Software Tester and Test Automation Engineers of this Product Team report to the Lead Software Test Engineer

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor`s / Master`s degree in computer science, IT, equivalent education
• 7+ years of professional experience in QA
• In-depth experience in ISTQB
• Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g. SAFe)
• Experience in the development of test cases, - plans and -reports
• Experience in Test Automation (low code / no code solutions)

• Provide Recommendations for approval of deployments in a productive environment via the AGCO Change Advisory Board (CAB)
• Main quality assurance responsibility for all CPQ solutions within the IT Platform domain
• Authority to issue directives for direct employees
• Self-Confidence and good communication skills
• Very good English language skills
