Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lead Software Engineer at Marchmind Technologies (OPC) Private Limited in Bengaluru. The Senior Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to computer science, back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP). Qualification & Skills 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or Equivalent 2. Good knowledge in Testing methodologies 3. Worked/Tested HSM (Hardware Security Module) 4. Fair knowledge in cryptographic key generation, OpenSSL, Crypto HW offload, IPSEC, PKCS11, CNGKSP 5. Good knowledge in Python 6. Experience in disk encryption and decryption testing 7. Good experience in performance and stress testing. 8. Good experience in PCI card testing. 9. Experience in load balancing, high availability and cluster 10. Experience in creating test strategies, test plans and managing it. 11. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 12. Experience in Agile/Scrum 13. Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus 14. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is a plus Key Responsibilities 1. Lead the Test team to achieve the target 2. Providing technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team. 3. Review and Provide the feedback on architecture, design, and implementation approaches. 4. Planning and prioritizing QA tasks and projects. 5. Estimating project timelines and resource requirements. 6. Monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise during development. 7. Mentoring and coaching team members. 8. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback. 9. Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment. 10. Ensuring the quality and reliability of the product 11. Creating and Implementing testing strategies, reviewing test plans and test cases. 12. Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with coding standards. 13. Evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies. 14. Participating in hiring and onboarding new team members. Must have excellent English communication. Should report in 15days from the date of confirmation.
