Role Description :This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lead Software Engineer at Marchmind Technologies (OPC) Private Limited in Bengaluru. The Senior Lead Software Engineer will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to computer science, back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP).Qualification & Skills1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Equivalent2. Good knowledge in Testing methodologies3. Worked/Tested HSM (Hardware Security Module)4. Fair knowledge in cryptographic key generation, OpenSSL, Crypto HW offload, IPSEC, PKCS11, CNGKSP5. Good knowledge in Python6. Experience in disk encryption and decryption testing7. Good experience in performance and stress testing.8. Good experience in PCI card testing.9. Experience in load balancing, high availability and cluster10. Experience in creating test strategies, test plans and managing it.11. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills12. Experience in Agile/Scrum13. Experience with cloud technologies and distributed systems is a plus14. Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is a plusKey Responsibilities1. Lead the Test team to achieve the target2. Providing technical guidance and leadership to the engineering team.3. Review and Provide the feedback on architecture, design, and implementation approaches.4. Planning and prioritizing QA tasks and projects.5. Estimating project timelines and resource requirements.6. Monitoring progress and addressing any issues that arise during development.7. Mentoring and coaching team members.8. Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.9. Fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.10. Ensuring the quality and reliability of the product11. Creating and Implementing testing strategies, reviewing test plans and test cases.12. Conducting code reviews and ensuring compliance with coding standards.13. Evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies, and methodologies.14.
