Job Description

Responsibilities:


• Participate in technical planning & requirements gathering phases including Design, code, test, troubleshoot, and document engineering software applications.
• Lead a team to achieve the collective goal in optimal time.
• Mentor junior engineers to help drive the technical roadmap of the organization.
• Be responsible for ensuring performance metrics are maintained and performance SLAs are met. This includes designing and implementing performance test automation.
• Provide a leadership and mentoring role for other team members to continually improve the team and ensure that individuals grow with the organization.
• Ensuring that technical software development process is followed on the project, familiar with industry best practices for software development.
+ Experience in Java 8.0 and above
+ Strong Multithreading Experience
+ Spring Rest API - with Authentication/Authorization experience
+ AWS exposure is a plus
• Managing multiple data sources in sprint boot
• Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with Automated testing frameworks
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Jenkins, Confluence a plus
• Good in data structures and algorithms
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt and work with team members of various experience level.



Qualifications

• Passionate coder with 8-11 years of application development experience in Java 8 and above.
• Strong debugging, problem solving and investigative skills. Ability to assimilate disparate information (log files, error messages etc.) and pursue leads to find root cause problems.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Leader who can lead and collaborate with multiple teams in the span of development of application.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant work experience.
• Strong consulting and communication skills. Ability to work effectively with various organizations in pursuit of problem solutions.
• Proficient in designing solutions / implementation approaches for complex functionalities
