The candidate will be a member of the Skynet Development Team responsible for developing, managing, and implementing multi-cloud Infrastructure as Code framework (IaC) for the product engineering group predominantly using AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, Python, and Ansible.

Responsibilities

What you will do:


• Evaluate services of AWS, GCP & Azure and develop scalable, reliable, and secure cloud architectures using Terraform, Python & REST APIs to develop reusable modules & API suites.
• Work across the product engineering team to learn about their deployment challenges and help them overcome them by delivering reliable solutions.
• Interact with technical leads and architects to discover solutions that help solve challenges faced by Product Engineering teams.
• Be part of an enriching team and solve real Production engineering challenges.
Improve your knowledge in the areas of DevOps & Cloud Engineering by using enterprise tools and contributing to project success.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / MCA - No correspondence course.
• 8 - 12 years of experience.
• At least 5+ years of experience working on AWS (primary).
• Must have working exposure in GCP or Azure (secondary)
• Must have in-depth knowledge of AWS networking, storage, compute (ASG/LB), API Gateway, Serverless (Lambda), Security, and Routing.
• Must have proficiency in GCP & Azure core services.
• Must have deep hands-on experience in designing and developing complex infrastructure as code modules using Terraform.
• Must have deep hands-on experience in developing REST API using API Gateway & Python-based Lambda.
• Must be well-versed with any of the following scripting languages: Python/Shell scripting/Powershell
• Experience in working on GIT (or equivalent source control)
• Experience in Ansible will be an advantage.
